Human's life in this world cannot be separated from these two things which is opportunities and risks. The fate of each person is determined more by both captured and managed than the others. Opportunities and risks are like two sides of a coin. Both are closely inseparable. Seize opportunities means that once dare to take risks. There is no opportunity without risk. Choosing to become an employee, the risk must be prepared ruled boss. (Unknown, Orang Hebat Berani Mengambil Risiko)

Instead, choose to become entrepreneurs, the risk is often erratic income. People are often afraid to take chances for fear of risks. Even after the opportunity was taken, many people fail because they can not cope with risks. People who want to be successful - in any case, therefore, must have the courage to seize opportunities and take risks as well. Risk is defined as not afraid of risk, and have a stock of knowledge and a plan to address the risks. (Unknown, Orang Hebat Berani Mengambil Risiko)

He also received a loan of RM110,000 from the MARA he used to buy two Mercedes 911LS lorries. With that, he began his rice business. This business is growing rapidly as Syarikat Bernas today. Through the above statement, it is known that Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar al-Bukhary is a man who can seize the opportunity. 4.Proactive : Emilia Tan

Proactive refers to something that can know anticipatory, change-oriented and self-initiated behavior in situations, particularly in the workplace and in the business. Proactive behavior involves the acting in advance of a future situation, rather than just reacting. It means that this behavior can taking control and making things happen rather than just adjusting to a situation or just waiting for something to happen. Proactive behavior can be contrasted with other work-related behaviors, such as proficiency, and also the entrepreneur. Proactive is not restricted to extra-role performance behaviors. Employees can be more proactive in their prescribed role (e.g. by changing the way they perform a core task to be more efficient). (UNKNOWN, Proactivity - Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, 2012)

What is the meaning of being proactive? Being proactive means taking conscious control over your life, setting the goals and working to achieve the objectives, vision, and mission. Most of the people are think reactively. And reacting to certain is all well and good. But it becomes a more problem when that’s all there is to a person’s life. Next, is conscience. That can make decisions based on unchanging principles, regardless of what is socially favored at the moment. Then it talks about creative imagination. This is the ability to visualize alternative responses by using your own imagination, that can mentally generate and evaluate different options. (Pavlina, 2004)

5.FAILURE IS AN OPTION : Mark Zuckerberg

Defeats and failures happen often in life. Whether in business career or personal relationships. But should regard them as inevitable milestones that hit on the path to accomplishment. Carefully choose to wallow in failure, and have that moment define you forever. Or choose to look at a “failure” as a temporary and often necessary setback as you continue your great journey. It’s up to you. It’s in your hands. No one else has the responsibility. Only you. There can be many reasons for failure. (https://tr.im/ayYYv, 2015)

Sometimes they’re of your own making sometimes unforeseen circumstances conspire to create chaos and confusion. It’s just the universe at work and a challenge for you to show courage and overcome it. One thing you must never do is make excuses for the failures. Failure is inevitable. Success is often born out of failure, even extreme potentially soul-destroying crashes. You just need to be resilient and build on that experience no matter how painful and devastating it might seem at the time. It should spur you on to greatness. (https://tr.im/ayYYv, 2015)

Everybody love to be successful but freak out when failed but there an advantage to that situation such as face your fear, face the facts, feast on your failure, and forge ahead. You must master this four benefits because this benefits help the entrepreneur to face failure and accepted that failure give them achieved the next level. Also give them the courage to face their failures. Even so, this benefits help them to upgrade their failures and learn from it so that their may not do the same twice mistakes. (Uknown, 2015)

Failure is final if you refuse to get up, dust yourself off and get back in the game. The key is to build on the lessons learned and forge ahead. There also five major benefits of failure after you master the major four such as clarity, champions, creativity, grit and freedom. Therefore, failure is an option give the entrepenuers to move from their failure. This five major benefits complete the needed those entrepreneur that wants to rise up. So that, this trait will encourage them to fight what their loves to do and ready to risk it. (Unknown, Forbes, 2015)

For example Mark Zuckerberg is among the youngest successful bilionair in the world and also co-founder of Facebook. Before he achieved the success of it, he already invent a few unpopular application such as CourseMatch and FaceMash. Before he copyrighted Facebook and he has reserved some applications but not famous. The first application of copyright at Harvard University he is CourseMatch and FaceMash and also quite famous these applications while at university and this application is failing him before he managed to create Facebook. Unfortunelly, these application hurt the honor and the privacy of others and the school administration considers it inappropriate applications on campus and give instructions to Mark Zuckerberg to reduce these application. (Unknown, 2015)

Finally, failure is an option also can make the entrepreneur to be successful. Believed in their self not to give up and straight to their goals. Knowing that it can also boost their spirit to value that failure can be their good friends.

6.VISIONARY : Tan Sri Azman Hashim

Visionary is the ability to see what others cannot see. It is being able to have a picture in your mind of exactly the result you intend to produce. The visionary entrepreneur is able to see exactly what his or her business is going to look like in every detail when it is finished. (Unknown, Joe, 2015)

Look at the difference between a business owner and an entrepreneur. A business owner starts a business to be his or her own boss or to create a secure job for himself or herself. They usually start a business in his or her own field of knowledge. Rarely does a business owner have a vision of what they want for their life, let alone for their business. So, they end up working in their business day in and day out, and they end up being nothing but an overworked and underpaid employee. (Unknown, Joe, 2015)

Being a visionary give a lot advantages such as see the big picture, focused, not disappointed with temporary setbacks, become a searchlight for others to follow and the ultimate goal is clear to yourself and others. That why, it help them to gain more ideas rather than give up. Their also can elaborate the ideas and make it happen with their own vision. That why they can see their vision what they need to do and how to make it happen. (Unknown, Kamran, 2015)

This five benefits will help the entrepreneur to overcome their opponents with their amazing ideas. It also help them more to do what their loves. By doing it, it make them satisfies and that will help the future generation. Even so, they also are the perfect one that new generation can make them as an idol. Moreover, these visionary people know that this visionary give them the benefits to expand it. The goal already in their minds and their only have to do to achieve only. Their don’t have to rush it because they already knowing inside their mind. (Unknown, Kamran, 2015)

One of the entrepreneurs is Tan Sri Azman Hashim, a successful entrepreneur and respected in Malaysia. Had a lot of success created by him which is after the Asian economic crisis of 1997/98, he not only managed to maintain its position in the AmBank Group, but also increase its share in the banking industry with a merger. He also holding many other positions. Under the leadership of the National Productivity Corporation successfully developed methodologies for measuring productivity at the national and sub level. On March 1988, several banks and forced to cram Datuk Syed Mohamed Syed Kechik sell Temerloh Rubber Estates Bhd as a way to repay it, he save the situation and took over the firm and become primary. With made a firm and reasonable, in addition to believe what he had done, he applied last week to the Foreign Investment Committee before the firm won a bid on any. This showed his vision upon receipt of a challenge. (Unknown, Ihsan, 2015)

In conclusion, visionary is important for those who want to be successful entrepreneurs. It also help the ideas to grow and make it happens. Without visionary, the entreprenuers will had issues because their ideas circulating from the past and their business will fall down. That why, visionary is for those that want to be more competitite with other entrepreneurs and be proud of with their own ideas.

7.Open Culture

Open Culture is a concept according to which knowledge should be spread freely and its growth should come from developing, altering or enriching already existing works on the basis of sharing and collaboration, without being restricted by rules linked to the legal protection of intellectual property. In a context of globalization, the consequence is that all citizens should have equal access to information.(http://www.ciac.ca/en/open-culture-definition-en)

In business, the idea of a culture is all too often dismissed by those at the top as soft, unquantifiable and a waste of valuable time. To our collective shame, it is still considered the preserve of the HR department and rarely makes its way onto the agenda of the people in leadership.
Culture is by far the biggest sustainable advantage we have in business today. Because it is the hardest thing to replicate. Competitors can imitate product and match price overnight, but culture takes energy, commitment and years to build. If a strong culture can act as a protective shield for a business when times are tough, a weak or incoherent culture can just as easily lead to rot from the inside.(http://www.theguardian.com/women-in-leadership/2015/oct/06/why-an-open-culture-could-be-the-key-to-business-success)

Warby Parker has been making and selling prescription glasses online since 2010. It designs its own glasses, and sells directly to customers, cutting out the middleman and keeping prices low. Company culture at Warby Parker instigates “culture crushes,” and one reason for that level of success is a team dedicated to culture. That team means that a positive culture is on the forefront, setting up fun lunches, events and programs. The company makes sure that there is always an upcoming event so the entire team has something to look forward to, and it uses methods to make sure the entire team works well together by insisting everyone helps keep break areas clean or sending random employees out to lunch together.

Warby Parker has made company culture deliberate by creating a dedicated team tasked with coming up with events and programs to promote community. Great company culture doesn’t happen on its own. (http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/249174)
In conclusion, open culture is needed and applied to operate the business by the entrepreneurs. It can create a culture where new ideas are welcomed and not shut down. There is a belief that individuals can improve; transformation is embraced and encouraged.

8.Team Oriented

Team oriented means that you just don't think of just yourself, you include others in your decisions. Everyone has a contributing factor in the operations and decisions that concern the business or venture. No one is more superior in the business and everybody has an equal say without any reprecussions.
(https://ph.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AwrwNFArRSJWe_UAoqnjPwx.;_ylu=X3oDMTByajVjNzRjBGNvbG8Dc2czBHBvcwM0BHZ0aWQDBHNlYwNzcg--?qid=20070407204904AAb3nfx&p=team%20oriented)

Businesses that stress a spirit of teamwork and collaboration can capitalize on the individual strengths of their employees. When effective teams are in place, the collective product is greater than the sum of the individual effort. There are a number of tactics that can foster a team orientation, from team building and diversity workshops to retreats, merit systems that identify and recognize team-oriented behavior and processes that facilitate project teams.
Oprah began her broadcasting career" by learning to read aloud and perform recitations at the age of three.

Businesses interested in fostering a team culture recognize and reward team players. Traits that distinguish team players are the desire to achieve consensus and involve others in decision-making, communicating openly and honestly, caring about fellow team members, being accountable for problems and trying to understand other points of view. These traits sometimes are listed in merit rating systems and become criteria for recognition, promotions or remedial training.
Moreever, Individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive can contribute valuable skills and perspectives to a team effort. However a team spirit sometimes can be eroded if those strong personalities are dealing with issues of conflict, competition and trust. It could be helpful to air grievances and allow team members to vent their frustrations, but management intervention and coaching
might be necessary in order to stress the need for individuals to put their personal grievances aside and pull together toward a common goal.
One of the team oriented entreprenuer is Steven Spielberg. He is perhaps Hollywood's best known director and one of the wealthiest filmmakers in the world. Spielberg always had a love and fascination for the movie industry. As a preteen, he charged admission to his home movies (which involved wrecks he staged with his Lionel train set) while his sister sold popcorn. At the age of 12, his first production was complete, including script and actors. Just one year later at the age of 13, Spielberg won a prize for a 40-minute war movie he titled Escape to Nowhere. In 1963, at the young age of 16, his 140-minute production of Firelight (which would later inspire Close Encounters) was shown in a local movie theater and brought in $100 profit. Today, Steven Spielberg is perhaps Hollywood's best known director and one of the wealthiest filmmakers in the world. He become famous filmmaker by his team members effort also. (http://www.thelittlee.com/html/famous_entrepreneurs.html)
As a result, team-oriented businesses value diversity and understand that bringing different points of view to a team effort fosters opportunities for new ideas and creative solutions to problems. These businesses offer diversity training workshops to help employees understand the nature of bigotry and stereotypes and raise awareness of attitudes and beliefs that hinder or contribute to a team effort.(http://smallbusiness.chron.com/team-orientation-businesses-culture-48497.html)

9.Outcome Oriented

Outcome oriented is a term used to describe an individual or organization that focuses on outcome rather than process used to produce a product or deliver a service. This means that you are more interested in the final outcome rather that going through a process. In many ways it is a good thing. That is as long as the desired result is a honorable thing and that the process has integrity.
INLP methodology teaches us to adopt an outcome orientation. This is not simply about setting a goal and going for it. Rather it is a flexible and dynamic approach that keeps the clients’ desired outcome(s) firmly in the therapist's mind while guiding their choice of behaviour. In other words, the desired outcome should act as a "dynamic reference point" (Penny Tompkins) for each and every thing the therapist does and says.
Futhermore, taking an outcome orientation approach doesn’t mean ignoring or undervaluing problems (the present state), quite the opposite. It means modelling the relationship between the two, and wondering how that might be a way the system keeps itself the same — even when the client consciously wants to change.Outcome orientation is a multi-faceted skill.

One of the outcome oriented entreprenuer is Steve Wozniak. He got interested in science and technology around 4th grade after reading a book about this young guy who was an engineer who could design anything, and he owned his own company, and he would entrap aliens, and build submarines, and have projects all over the world. Steve would late team up with Steve Jobs. The two created one of the first personal computers in 1977. Jobs had a passionate belief in bringing computer technology to everyone. So in 1977, Jobs, Wozniak and Ronald Wayne started a company,Apple, to build and distribute their invention. In true American-dream fashion, their company began in a garage. To finance their venture, Jobs sold his Volkswagen van and Wozniak sold his programmable calculator to raise $1,300. Weeks later, Jobs secured the company's first sale: 50 Apple I computers at $666 each. In a mere six years, Apple was listed in the Fortune 500, becoming the youngest firm on this prestigious list. Today Apple is known for such innovative products like the iPhone, iPad, iPod and also continues the Mac line of computers. (http://www.thelittlee.com/html/famous_entrepreneurs.htm)

In conclusion, a great demonstration of consistent and persistent use of outcome orientation. The key is to notice how the therapists in the transcripts keep orientating their clients towards, what they call “solutions” but I think a more descriptive term is ‘positive change’. I recommend reading this book as a way to model how they maintain an outcome orientation (rather than how they do Solution Focus Therapy). In Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy we can apply the same approach using “desired outcomes” as the dynamic reference point.(http://www.cleanlanguage.co.uk/articles/articles/295/1/Outcome-Orientation/Page1.html)
